Adding agents

To add agents in CHAT, go to the TEAMS page and select a team to add the agent to

.

Under the AGENTS tab of the team page, click ADD AGENT.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. In the sidebar, enter the name or email address of the agent and select their role on the team.

Once the agent information has been entered, click ADD.
