Adding Bot Messages to dialogue

To add a bot message to a dialogue flow, click the blue button.

Select Bot message from the side menu.

Under the PHRASES tab of the bot message block, type a phrase in the text box and press the Enter key.  

The new bot message will appear as follows.


Quick replies are buttons that users can select in response to a bot message. 

In the REPLIES tab of the bot message block, type a phrase in the text box and press the Enter key.

The new quick reply will appear as follows.
