Adding Bot Messages to dialogue

To add a bot message block to a dialogue flow, click the blue button.

Select “Bot messages” from the side menu.

In the PHRASES tab of the bot message block, type a phrase in the text field and press the "Enter" key.  

Quick replies are automatic reply buttons that humans can select in response to a bot message. 

In the QUICK REPLIES tab of the bot message block, type a phrase in the text field and press the "Enter" key. This phrase will become a quick reply.
