Creating a case notification

To create a case notification for a case group, go to the CASE NOTIFICATION tab in the case group's SETTINGS page.

In the User email field, enter the contact email address of the team handling the case group.

To enable or disable the notification email, select or deselect the checkbox in the Disable notification email to respondent field.

In the Subject field, type the subject of the case notification email.

In the Content field, type the content of the case notification email.

Once the case notification information has been input, click SAVE.

After being saved, the case notification can be reviewed in the PREVIEW section.
