Creating a note

The NOTES feature in LIVECHAT allows agents to record important information during conversations with users.
To create a note, go to the sidebar on the right side of the screen. In the NOTES section of the sidebar, click the plus sign.
A popup will appear on the screen. In the popup, type the desired note and click ADD.
After adding the note, it will be saved under the NOTES section, along with the name of the agent that made the note and a timestamp for when the note was created.
