Creating and editing aliases

Agent Alias allows an agent to communicate with all customers under an assumed name.

To setup an alias, select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Under the ALIASES tab, click on the CREATE ALIAS button.

A popup will appear on the screen. 

To add an alias avatar, click UPLOAD PHOTO.

Type a different display name in the Display name text field.

To set the alias as the default agent alias, click on the tick box.

Once all the alias information has been entered, click CREATE.

Start chatting with the customer with the default alias name. 

To chat with the customer with a different alias name, select a name from the list during a chat.
