Creating and editing canned replies

Canned replies are a productivity that tool that allow agents to create and select pre-written replies in CHAT.


To create a canned reply, select a team.

Under the CANNED REPLIES tab, click CREATE REPLY.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. In the sidebar, select a language and fill in the fields as required.

Once the information for the canned reply has been input, click CREATE.

To edit a canned reply, hover over the reply and click on the pencil icon that appears.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. In the sidebar, edit the fields as necessary.

Once the reply has been updated, click SAVE.
