Creating a custom field

To create a custom field for a case group, go to the CUSTOM FIELDS tab in the case group's SETTINGS page.

In the Name field, type the name of the custom field.
In the Type field, select the type of the custom field.

Once all the custom field information is input, click CREATE FIELD.
