Editing a user profile

To edit a user profile, go to the header and click the icon on the right side of the screen.


After clicking the icon, a drop down menu will appear. In the drop down menu, select Profile.

In the GENERAL tab of the profile page, you can edit a user’s avatar, name, timezone and language. 


You can also change the profile password and enable two factor authentication.


To add a new avatar, click UPLOAD PHOTO and select an image from the computer. Once the photo has been uploaded, the new avatar will be saved automatically.


To add a new profile name, type it in the Name field and the new name will be saved automatically.


To edit the timezone, click the Timezone field and a drop down menu will appear. In the drop down menu, click the desired time zone and it will be saved automatically.


To edit the language, click the Language field and a drop down menu will appear. In the drop down menu, click the desired language and it will be saved automatically.


To change the profile password, click the CHANGE PASSWORD button.


A popup will appear on the screen. In the popup, enter the current and new password. Once the new password has been entered, click UPDATE.


To enable two factor authentication, click the toggle beside Enable 2FA.


A notification will appear on the screen. In the notification, click ENABLE.


An email will be sent to the user for verification.
