Adding email blocks to dialogue

Email blocks allow the bot to send emails to human recipients. To add an email block to a dialogue flow, click the blue button.

Select “Email” from the side menu.

In the Recipient field of the email block, enter the name of the email recipient. 


In the Subject field of the email block, enter the subject of the email being sent.


In the Message field of the email block, enter the email message being sent.

Save the block once all the fields have been input.
