Filtering human profiles

Profiles can be filtered according to the following categories: Type, Channels, Keywords and Tags.

  • Type falls into two main categories: known and unknown. A known profile contains identifiable information e.g. name, email address and phone number.
  • Channels refer to the platform(s) by which a user accesses the bot.
  • Keywords refer to the identifiable terms or phrases that can be used to search for a profile.
  • Tags refer to the labels by which a profile can be categorized.


To filter the profiles for a bot, start by going to the PROFILES page in HUMANS.

In the sidebar located on the left side of the page, enter the Type, Channels, Keywords or Tags of the desired profiles.

Once the filters have been entered, the profiles that fit the desired criteria will appear on the page.
