Adding Message blocks to dialogue

Message blocks are human intents that determine how the bot will respond.

To add a message block to a dialogue flow, click the green button.

Select Message from the side menu.

Under the TRUE tab of the message block, type a phrase that the bot will respond to.

The new message will appear as follows.
