Adding Positive blocks

Positive blocks are used by the bot to understand positive intents sent by humans.

To add a positive block to a dialogue flow, click the green button.

Select “Positive” from the side menu.

Under the TRUE tab of the positive block, enter affirmative intents humans may send to the bot.
