Creating a respondent

A respondent is the organization responding to a human complaint.

To create a respondent for a case group, go to the RESPONDENTS tab in the case group's SETTINGS page.

In the SETTINGS page, click CREATE RESPONDENT.

A sidebar will appear on the screen. In the sidebar, enter the name and contact information of the respondent.

Once all the respondent information is input, click SAVE.
