Adding Survey blocks to dialogue

Survey blocks can be used to collect and send information to teams.

To add a survey block to a dialogue flow, click the blue button.


Select Survey from the side menu.

The COLLECT tab is where the survey fields and questions are entered. Under the COLLECT tab, click Add field.

In the Question field, enter the survey question that the bot will ask.

In the Save as field, enter the field name.

In the Info type field, select the type of information being collected.

Once the field information has been input, click Save.

In the SEND tab, the contact information for the recipient of the survey results is entered.

In the Email address field, enter the email address to which the survey results will be sent.

In the Email subject field, enter the subject of the email by which the survey results are delivered.

In the Text field, enter the email message by which the survey results are delivered.

Once all the information in the SEND tab has been input, click Save.
