Adding Survey blocks to dialogue

Survey blocks can be used to collect and send information to teams.

To add a survey block to a dialogue flow, click the blue button.


Select “Survey” from the side menu.

Under the COLLECT tab of the survey block add a field by clicking “ADD NEW”.
Enter a field name, the survey question that the bot will ask, and select the type of information being collected.



Under the SEND tab, enter the email address where the collected information should be sent. Include the email subject and message that will be sent along with the survey results.



Save the block once all the fields have been input.
