Adding Message blocks

Message blocks are human intents that determine how the bot will respond.

To add a message block to a dialogue flow, click the green button.

Select “Text message” from the side menu.

Under the TRUE tab, enter a few variations of the human intent that the bot will respond too.

In the FALSE tab of the message block, enter negative phrases the bot may receive from humans.

In the SLOTS tab of the message block, select labels by which the bot will categorize the information it receives.

In the HUMANS tab, select tags by which the bot will categorize the human in a dialogue flow.
