Transferring a chat
In the LIVECHAT page, chats can be transferred between different agents and teams.
To transfer a chat to another agent, click the TRANSFER button.
A popup will appear on the screen. In the popup, select the team and name of the agent who will receive the chat.
Once the agent has been selected, click TRANSFER.
When another agent sends in a transfer request, the following icon will appear on the screen.
Click the icon to view the details of the transfer request.
To accept a transfer request, click the green icon.
To deny a transfer request, click the red icon.
