Transferring a chat

In the LIVECHAT page, chats can be transferred between different agents and teams.


To transfer a chat to another agent, click the TRANSFER button.


A popup will appear on the screen. In the popup, select the team and name of the agent who will receive the chat.

Once the agent has been selected, click TRANSFER.


In order to receive transfer requests from other agents, ensure the transfer icon has been enabled. 


To enable or disable transfer requests, click the transfer icon. Transfer requests are disabled when the transfer icon is grey.


Transfer requests are enabled when the transfer icon is black.


When another agent sends in a transfer request, a notification will appear on the screen.


To accept a transfer request, click the green icon.

To deny a transfer request, click the red icon.
