The proLocal add-on is Proto's natural language processing engine for local and mixed languages, which is used by Proto chatbots for certain languages where proLocal has higher accuracy. This standalone pricing for proLocal applies only to cases where a client wishes to use the proLocal API to power their own chatbots.
Proto can integrate with external livechat software via the proApps integrations. However, you may wish to consider the ROI and simplicity of using a single solution.
