Can I downgrade my Enterprise plan?

You can downgrade your Enterprise plan. However, doing so will lead to the loss of historical data, custom analytics, and feature access.

Can I use additional interactions per month on an annual plan?

If you opt for the annual payment option, you can still use additional interactions as needed.

Do my interactions carry over?

Interaction volumes are available for use within the billing month. Unused interactions do not carry over to the next month.

How can I cancel my Enterprise plan?

To cancel your Enterprise plan, raise a ticket with the Proto AICX platform assistant or inform your assigned CX Manager.

How does Proto charge for additional interactions on the annual plan?

When you cross the monthly interactions limit, you start using additional interactions. At the end of the billing month, your selected payment method will be charged for the additional interactions. If you are on an annual plan, the additional interactions will be charged on the annual renewal.

How does the interaction count work if I pay annually?

When you pay annually, your interaction limit is still reset monthly. Every month, starting on the date when you purchased the plan, your base interaction volume will be reset.

How is the pricing for Enterprise plans calculated?

Enterprise plan price is calculated on the basis of interaction volume. The Enterprise plan has unlimited access to all the features in the Proto AICX platform. It also has a base interaction volume of 100,000. This is offered at a flat base rate of $5,000 per month. Annual payments receive a 1-month discount.Any interactions over this limit are charged at $0.055 per interaction. You have the option to increase your base interaction count as required, with discounted pricing for higher volumes.

What if I have additional interactions every month?

If you go over your base interactions volume consistently, Proto will suggest upgrading your base volume. This will be available at the base volume price per interaction, leading to a reduction in cost when compared with paying for additional interactions every month.

What payment methods does Proto accept for Enterprise plans?

Proto accepts credit card payments for all plans. Wire transfer payments are available for Enterprise clients.
