How does ProtoAI handle mixed language conversations?

ProtoAI handles mixed language conversations by employing advanced natural language processing algorithms. It detects and interprets multiple languages within the same interaction, ensuring accurate recognition and contextual understanding. This allows for seamless switching between languages, maintaining the conversation's flow and coherence. Proto AI assistants will respond whatever language is detected to be the most dominant.

How does ProtoAI work with LLMs?

ProtoAI works seamlessly with the LLM selected for your AI assistant. ProtoAI acts as the first layer for customer interactions in order to immediately detect and respond to local languages. If required or in the case of a common language, ProtoAI passes the interactions to the LLM, after witholding personal information.

Is voice AI included in every plan?

Yes, voice AI capability for common and local languages is included in all plans.

What does TTS and STT look like for customers?

When an customer submits a query using voice, ProtoAI recognises the language and converts it into text for display within the Inbox module. The AI assistant or representative can access both the voice and text versions of the query. Responses can be submitted in text, which are then converted to voice in the required language and accent. The customer receives both the voice and text responses.

What languages and dialects can ProtoAI support?

ProtoAI supports a wide range of local languages, dialects, and mixed languages (e.g., Taglish). Currently, it supports up to 115 languages, with plans to add even more in the future.

What languages are available for voice AI?

All common languages, such as English and Chinese, are supported by LLMs. Underserved local languages are uniquely supported by ProtoAI, with a focus on Southeast Asian and African languages such as Kinyarwanda and Tagalog.
