Do partners have exclusivity in their markets or industries?

Exclusivity is determined by the partner’s claimed deal volume and minimum revenue guarantee. Exclusivity may be provided for either a country, region, and/or industry.

Does Proto provide marketing or advertising for partners?

When a partner joins the Proto partner network, Proto publishes an announcement on our website and social media. Based on the partner’s preferences, larger announcements, events, and long-term marketing can be performed.

What is the process to become a reseller?

You can submit your application on the Proto website. The relevant region manager will review the application. If approved, you will receive a Partner Agreement for signing.

What kind of support do partners receive?

Partners are given access to the Proto Partner Portal, containing sales materials, FAQ, and documentation. Partners can receive training sessions from prompt engineers and sales demo assistance from region managers.

What revenue share does Proto offer to resellers?

Proto’s reseller program has three tiers - referral, collaborative, and autonomous - depending on a partner's engagement level with clients. Revenue varies accordingly up to 30%.

What support do resellers get to resolve performance issues their clients may face?

Clients onboarded by partners receive the same client experience as direct-sale clients. Partners are trained to manage and resolve client queries, and Proto’s prompt engineers are standing by to provide second-tier technical assistance.
