ePLDT, Inc. has joined the Proto reseller programme as an authorised reseller, bringing the Proto platform to enterprise and institutional clients across the Philippines.
ePLDT is the digital infrastructure arm of PLDT, the Philippines' largest telecommunications and technology company. It provides cloud, managed IT, data centre, and cybersecurity services to enterprises, financial institutions, and government bodies across the country, with one of the broadest enterprise networks in the market.
The agreement enables ePLDT to deploy and sell the Proto platform – including AI agent workflows for customer engagement, complaints, and service automation – as part of its managed technology offering. ePLDT will draw on its enterprise client base and implementation capabilities to bring the Proto platform to organisations across banking, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications.
