VoiceAI
Voice messaging is now enabled with automated speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities. Proto AI assistants can speak and understand voice in almost 100 common languages, with dedicated support for underserved languages like Tagalog and Cebuano — the two dominant languages of the Philippines. This deployment spans WhatsApp, Telegram, and Webchat, allowing users to engage naturally with Proto’s assistants across channels. Learn more about voice AI for underserved languages.
Live Rep CSAT (5-Star Rating)
To enable better tracking of service quality live representatives can now be rated by customers via a 5-star system after each interaction.
Proto Script in LLM Prompt Configuration
Admins can now personalize LLM behavior using Proto Script syntax in prompt settings – e.g. {_customer.name}
– for more dynamic assistant responses. Learn more about available chat variables in our documentation.
Other improvements
- New platform assistant embedded in the dashboard for complete product support and guidance
- Added API endpoint to update customer profile fields including avatar and tags
