Post-Chat Survey
You can now collect additional feedback from users after a conversation is rated. This allows for deeper insights into user satisfaction and AI assistant performance.
LivingMap Integration
Interactive indoor maps can now be integrated into supported channels. This enables location-based experiences, ideal for navigation in complex spaces such as airports, hospitals or malls.
Other improvements
- Automatically applied interaction bundles introduced to allow uninterupted support.
- AI assistant name now appears in the "Created by" column when a ticket is generated through an AI assistant action.
- Security upgrades implemented to enhance overall platform integrity and protection.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where deleted conversations were still counted as assigned.
- Resolved a bug where selected ban reasons disappeared after receiving a new message.
- Corrected text overflow problems in several inbox fields.
- Fixed a rare issue that caused the platform to freeze unexpectedly.
