Ticket filtering and exporting
The ticket module now includes custom field filters and enhanced exporting options. Teams can filter tickets according to specific criteria and export them directly based on those selections, making audits, reporting, and case reviews more precise and efficient.
Inbox delivery visibility
The inbox now shows the delivery status of emails. This gives users immediate visibility into whether their messages have been successfully delivered, improving communication tracking and troubleshooting.
Other improvements
- Enhanced user notifications in the Inbox for clearer visibility
- Proto Script now supports nested for loops, allowing more complex data manipulation in certain AI assistant actions. Read the documentation.
- Customer API now keeps existing tags and groups when they aren’t included in an update request, preventing accidental data loss

Bug fixes
- Resolved occasional mismatches between filtered tickets and exported results
- Fixed an error that caused internal notes to fail on resolved conversations
- Fixed dark theme inconsistencies
- Corrected the naming of scraping buttons for clarity
- Renamed “Scripted Jump Action” to “If/Else Branching” for clearer terminology
