Workflow co-pilot
You can now build and edit AI agent workflows through a chat-style co-pilot, right inside the workflow editor. Describe the change you want and the co-pilot adds, edits, or removes actions for you, with indicators showing exactly what it changed and an undo option if you want to revert. It currently works within a single, selected workflow rather than across your whole AI agent. This is a beta release, and we'll keep refining it based on feedback.
Priority chat assignment
Flag specific chat tags as high priority so those conversations jump the queue instead of waiting in line behind everything else. Priority chats are grouped separately in the inbox with a crown icon, and you choose whether they simply skip ahead while still respecting agent capacity limits, or bypass those limits entirely to get an immediate response. Useful for anything time-sensitive – fraud alerts, escalations, VIP customers – without having to change your default assignment method.
Voice API billing
Voice API now has its own dedicated, prepaid billing set-up, separate from your regular platform interactions. Purchase voice credits in advance, set up auto top-up so you never run dry mid-conversation, and dig into a detailed usage tab that breaks consumption down by request type, teamspace, and language.
Other improvements
- Analytics filter bar – Chat, CSAT, and Ticket analytics now share one persistent filter bar, so your filters stay applied as you move between tabs. This also fixes an issue where CSAT filters weren't affecting the displayed results.
- Response time metrics – average response time and average first response time can now also be viewed as median, for a more accurate picture that isn't skewed by outliers.
- Voice added to test chat – test your AI agent's voice responses before publishing, rather than only being able to check them on a live channel.
Bug fixes
- A number of smaller fixes and UI polish this month, including corrections to analytics exports, dropdown behaviour, and sign-up and permissions edge cases.
