The partnership combines InventLabs' national and onsite delivery capability with Proto's localised AI agent platform. For enterprise clients in the Philippines' telecommunications and quick service restaurant (QSR) sectors – where service scale is vast and customer expectations are rising – this means the ability to handle frontline interactions intelligently across multiple channels, route and complete orders efficiently, and give customers consistent service in the local languages they choose.
InventLabs will support technical integration, project delivery, and kiosk-based channels across joint engagements. The partners intend to deploy the solutions on the Pilipinas sovereign cloud to ensure low-latency and data privacy, especially for voice AI deployments.
